At Fashion by Christa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

There are certain exceptions to our return policy. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
